I’m focused on designing solutions for the next generation of blockchains.
Before Crypto, I spent so many years in the Energy industry. I had a range of experiences working as a consultant and in wealth management. I had the privilege to manage my staff to be able to get the job time in due time.
I picked an interest in cryptocurrency some years back when I started investing in early projects building on mostly the Cardano ecosystem.

Okay, Apexaverse is an upcoming Play-to-Earn role-playing game universe, built on Cardano Blockchain. Apexaverse platform consists of NFTs, GameFi, and Metaverse.
We are planning to revolutionize the decentralized gaming industry by creating an immersive and competitive world for our players.
We will create;
A wide set of games,
The ability of our players to explore, combat, cooperate, boost skills, and also monetize their gaming experience
All this will be powered by our utility token $AXV

How does the game revolve around this? You choose your character and fight with a storyline?

Exactly, we are coming up with our first combat game to kick start the P2E mission.
We are making it possible to make sure our game is not expensive to play.
We have three characters (Warrior, Archery, and Magician) you can choose to be able to complete with your opponent.
Here, you will be automatically matched with another player that staked his/her AXV token for the fight.
It’s a fair play, which means the characters are balanced in one way or the other.

Blockchain-based P2E industry has gained strong interest from investors, reining in 4.8B USD in investments last year.
Apexaverse is capitalizing on this gaming landscape by incorporating a blockchain-based experience to the Metaverse, joint P2E functionalities with the NFT collection.
There are other P2E existing games already and most of them are yet to finalize their games.
Most of the existing projects have just a single game on their platform.
In Apexaverse, we are bringing in a different kinds of games on our platform.
This will attract different kinds of gamers to our platform.
Not everyone will love to play a combat game, some will like to play car races, chess, horse ride, and so on.

All our developers are very conversant with Cardano blockchain (Haskell, Plutus).
Our advisor (Abdalla) is very useful and active to us, he has a vast experience in blockchain technology and the Gaming industry as a whole.
We also have outstanding UX/UI designers (Tested and Trusted) with a vast experience in layouts.
Our 3D and animator team is also grounded and resilient in making sure we have a very captivating experience in our games.

Why did you choose Cardano?

Cardano is an open-source, decentralized blockchain platform, founded in 2015 and released in 2017. It is the world’s ninth-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization as of April 2022.
Cardano has already been held in high regard with many decentralized exchanges (DEXs) choosing the blockchain for its efficiency and stability. The number and popularity of DEXs on Cardano have been growing steadily after Smart contracts went live with the Alonzo upgrade on September 12, 2021.
The growing popularity great, but, given recent Axie’s hack when Ronin Bridge was compromised and left the ecosystem and its users without $600 million, it’s important to ask if Cardano’s security is good enough for complex multi-application projects like Apexaverse
The Ouroboros protocol is a pure proof-of-stake consensus protocol that privately and randomly selects stake pool leaders proportionally to their stakes to generate a new block.

What are the problems with P2E games nowadays?
since I am speaking to an expert, here is a question I have for you. What do you think it will take for non-crypto users to join P2E games within crypto?

The making of a good game involves the collaboration of a few teams led by game economists.
We are taking the following steps to attract non-crypto users to join P2E;
Determining the basic values and quantifying them:
The main value of a game is something that motivates players to spend time in the game.
From our research, we came up that there are 4 player types by their most valued in-game actions:
1) Explorers, who enjoy discovering areas, going through narratives, and learning about hidden places;
2) Achievers, who prefer to gain “points”, levels, equipment, and other concrete measurements of succeeding in a game;
3) Socialisers, who enjoy the game’s communicative facilities, and apply the role-playing that these engender;
4) Killers, who thrive on competition with other players, and prefer fighting them over bots

Our games will offer these values to be able to engage all our players.
There are many non-crypto users out there, some might not be interested in the game itself.
Some will pick interest on just betting for their favorite players while they earn from it.
You must not be a gamer to be able to use our platform, this is because we provide Avenue where non-gamers can also be able to participate and earn from it

All our characters and assets are ready.
We are in talks with CertiK and Solidproof to be our official security partners (which will be announced in a few days)
Game plots are also ready and the 3D modeling of all our weapons is ready.
We are currently working on releasing the full game teaser in a few weeks
